Moore brings 20 years of music business experience.  She was VP of marketing at Capitol Christian Music Group (CCMG) working alongside Hillsong, NF, Britt Nicole, Colton Dixon, Rend Collective and others.  Most recently she managed marketing and ticketing for Compassion LIVE overseeing numerous tours across the country.  Moore got her music career start at Transparent almost 20 years ago after she graduated from USC.

“Tamara is known as one of the top marketing minds in Christian music and we’re excited to have her back on the Transparent team,” Taber remarked.

“We’re thrilled to have an industry veteran like Tamara join our executive team and continue to drive great results for the many artists we serve,” Gibo added.  “Tamara’s diverse background in radio, record sales and concerts is a welcomed addition to our team.  Coming out of the most difficult year in the history of touring, we’re very excited about the future and believe the best is yet to come.”

Prior to the touring world being forced to a standstill by COVID last year, Transparent sold over 400,000 tickets in 2019. During COVID, Transparent quickly pivoted and facilitated 35 Virtual VIP parties with Mandisa, Tenth Avenue North, Rend Collective, Matthew West, Jordan Feliz, We Are Messengers, and more. They joined other promoters in presenting drive-in concerts, resulting in for KING & COUNTRY’S largest drive-in show at The Rose Bowl.
Continuing to propel their growth from the previous year and maximize creativity in the touring market, Transparent worked on socially distanced tours, 50% of which sold out, with Kim Walker Smith, Phil Wickham, Natalie Grant & Danny Gokey, Big Daddy Weave, Matthew West and Jeremy Camp.  According to Pollstar, Transparent Productions had six of the Top 18 tours in the world in March 2021.
The company has multiple nationwide tours kicking off this fall with Phil Wickham, Big Daddy Weave, Kim Walker-Smith, Pat Barrett, Tauren Wells, The Encounter Tour with Lysa TerKeurst, Annie F. Downs, and many more still to be announced.
